Luxury 3 bedroom barn conversion with preserved traditional stone and timber features and vaulted ceilings, complimented by underfloor heating throughout, a wood burning stove, modern appliances and high speed WiFi. Meadow View is set in beautiful countryside with stunning uninterrupted views over meadow and rolling hills. Just 3 miles from Yorkshire’s food capital, Malton, and within easy reach of Castle Howard, York, Pickering, the North Yorkshire Moors and the Yorkshire Coast.
Meadow View has a bright and airy open plan kitchen, dining and living area with floor to ceiling windows, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, oven, microwave, smart TV and wood burning stove.
There are two bedrooms on the ground floor; one king and one super king (which can both be twin bedrooms on request), both with smart TVs. The ground floor house bathroom has a walk-in shower with underfloor heating.
To the first floor is the dual aspect master bedroom with breathtaking views, smart TV and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower.
The property has a south-facing, private, enclosed garden with a patio and BBQ.
There is parking next to Meadow View with step free access into the property. Vehicle charging is available on request. There is undercover cycle parking available for guests use in the courtyard at Meadow View (guests to bring own bike locks to secure).

An absolutely stunning property set in such peaceful area. The owner was so helpful and accommodating before, during and at checkout. The property decor is tasteful, modern but in keeping with the farmhouse style. Impeccably clean throughout and there is such attention to detail with the regards to the finish of the accommodation. Would definitely recommend!!
