About this apartment rental
Nice cozy, modern and comfortable apartment for two - our space miracle.
For the apartment, I have developed a smart and modern floor plan, which corresponds to the demands of a modern holiday. The furniture is made to measure in order to obtain optimum use of space. They integrate perfectly into the style of the apartment.
The living area is open and easy. Wicker furniture emphasize this lightness. TV and radio is received via cable; CD and DVD are available.
The kitchen is integrated into the living area and adds an optically good. It is equipped with a convection oven with ceramic hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and plenty of cupboard space. The kitchen equipment is high quality and design products such as the tableware line SOLIDCOLOR from the house DIBBERN, kitchen helpers from MENU, ASA, WMF, LINUM etc. to name a few features.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed B180cm x L 200cm with single mattresses. Lots of closet space is available to bring one or two sweaters more, or a chic evening outfit.
By the way: If the battered clothes but once is not sufficient, in the basement a washing machine; Wäschespinne, Iron equ board are in the apartment.
The bathroom light gray natural slate dominated in accordance with the large mirrors. Bathroom and shower are individually manufactured and tailored to the room.
The aligned south-west facing balcony, has a size of approx 9m² and is very spacious. Equipped with furniture and potted plants, it offers just after a busy day at the beach the perfect setting for a sun-downer.
For your car to a parking lot is located directly at the house; Bicycles can be parked in the bicycle cellar.
Tourist tax: High season € 1.80 person / day, Other € 0.90 person / day.
The apartment is located east of the city center in a quiet residential area in a condominium. The town center is within walking distance in about 5 minutes.
