Our stay in China was absolutely wonderful, and this hotel played a huge part in making it so memorable. The place is spotless, and our room had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, very close to a metro station, in a beautiful neighborhood full of restaurants, cafés, river views, and shopping centers.
One of the most convenient features was the availability of a washing machine and dryer with detergent included. The hotel also provides useful information about key tourist attractions, which made exploring much easier.
At reception, the staff uses a translation device to communicate, which was incredibly helpful. But without a doubt, the best part of this hotel is the team. The staff are kind, attentive, efficient, and genuinely dedicated to providing excellent service. They helped us with recommendations for attractions and even kept our luggage for a few hours on our last day. They are truly the heart and soul of this beautiful place.
A special thank you to 朱新娟, 张晓蕊, and 毕奧琪. Visiting China for the first time can feel overwhelming, but they made our experience smooth, welcoming, and truly special.
The breakfast is also excellent. I had it delivered to my room several times and loved starting my day that way. Thanks to the hotel’s proximity to many tourist spots, we saved a lot of time on transportation. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would love to return to Shanghai and stay here again.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got everything we needed and extra accommodations like free laundry, toiletries, bottles of water and snacks every day. We can't ask for more for an affordable rate.
The only thing we were missing is just a little dinning area with a microwave.
