We stayed in one of the apartments at Park Central Executive. There is nothing to complain about regarding the apartment itself: it was nice, spacious (especially the kitchen and living area, while the bedrooms and bathroom were a bit small), and clean.
However, there are a few remarks we would like to make that we did not particularly appreciate. First of all, we had carefully booked an apartment with two toilets, but upon arrival we were given one with only a single toilet.
In addition, when we entered the apartment, we noticed that there was only one roll of toilet paper available (and it was not even a full one). We therefore asked if it would be possible to receive at least one additional roll, considering that we were four people. We were given the following response:
"We provide the apartments with starter sets of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing detergent, cleaning materials and toilet paper. This is already an extra service. You can go to Albert Heijn Supermarket at Theresiastraat."
Frankly, we found this response quite disappointing and not very customer-oriented. It seems unreasonable to have to argue over such a basic necessity, especially considering the price we paid for a five-day stay.
There are also a number of strict rules, such as not leaving anything in the fridge or dishwasher and taking all garbage to the external bins, otherwise a penalty fee may be charged. For this reason, we were quite surprised when, on the very first morning after breakfast, we found cups, plates, and other items already left inside the dishwasher. We obviously took a photo as a precaution.
In conclusion, while the apartment is undoubtedly pleasant, what seems to be lacking is a sense of empathy and genuine hospitality from the owners or management. Unfortunately, the overall feeling we were left with was one of coldness and a strong focus on financial aspects rather than on guest care.

The apartment is located on a busy street but was relatively quiet. The internal parking was very useful, although it’s quite tight for a wide car—it required some careful maneuvering, but it’s manageable! Communication with the host was very smooth; they were helpful and answered all our questions promptly. The beds are large, but very soft. The rooms are a comfortable size, the kitchen is well-equipped, and we had a peaceful terrace overlooking the rear parking lot. The linens were clean, and except for the oven, everything in the apartment was tidy.
When choosing the apartment, it was an important factor for us to have two bathrooms. However, I overlooked the fact that some apartments don’t have two toilets, only two showers—and unfortunately, we were assigned one of these, which we only found out after the booking became non-refundable. You really need to pay attention to this! I am sure the host would have helped as much as possible if I had indicated this requirement in advance. (Moreover, the only toilet was right next to a shower that wasn't even enclosed, making that shower essentially unusable. Therefore, instead of two bathrooms, we ended up with one toilet and one shower.)
The flooring is damaged in some places, so it’s worth bringing slippers! The oven was dirty and impossible to clean, and we couldn't even find any oven-safe dishes. A few of the power outlets didn't work. What I disliked the most, however, was that there was no hand soap at any of the sinks. Having some basic supplies also in the kitchen (salt, pepper, a little oil) would be a very nice gesture. In any case, you should expect to start your holiday with a grocery run!
