I rented Torino for 4 people. Communication was not ok.
A lot of things were missing in the flat. When I asked for them to be sent, had an answer to ask to a phone number to which I wrote a sms, never had an answer.
Was asked to register to a platform, my reservation never appeared on it despite me asking, never had an answer.
No wifi password in the room. Router not working. Had to reset it to work as I there only one in the corridor for 6 rooms which was over its capacity and I had to restart it every day.
AI chat never answered my question.
Check in process long and painful.
Overall would not recommend it.
