A very convenient location and beautiful apartment with all the facilities, very modern
Small thing, but there were five of us and only four towels provided and a duvet cover needed for the fifth duvet. This was easily rectified when communicating with the HopeWell team, who sorted that the following day. There are exactly 88 steps to get to the apartment so it is not ideal if you have heavy luggage!

I went here to have a girls mini sleepover to celebrate my birthday. All of us were very impressed by the decor, the cleanliness, the location and the patio was amazing! The beds were very comfy and the bathroom was gorgeous. I will most definitely be booking here again. The location is great, right in the centre of Bristol.
Not really the property but the parking is a bit of a hassle. My friends and I parked across the street at the Mercure hotel which was very convenient but the car park doesn’t have much space so if it’s full you’d have to travel to find parking. Also the stairs to get into the actual apartment were a workout to say the least but it was well worth the journey. The code to get into apartment works however it takes a couple tries, I don’t know why it doesn’t work the first time around but it does work in the end.

The location was great, really central but quiet, and the decor was fun. It was ideal to have a sun terrace as it was a beautiful weekend.
The arrival instructions were very poor - it’s a big building and it was very unclear where to go once we were inside. We had to be helped by someone who lived there. Clearer instructions and signage are required.
The hot water and heating failed on our last day so we all had cold showers on our last morning. I reported it but it was too late before checkout to do anything about it.
The beds were ok but not very comfortable - thin mattresses with noisy springs. We used the living room as a third bedroom and the curtains were too thin to block the light.
There’s no coffee machine and an absolutely tiny coffee pot so it wasn’t possible to make a decent cup of coffee. A microwave would also be a useful addition.
