La ubicación del apartamento es buena, está a 15 minutos caminando de dos estaciones del metro lo que hace fácil el acceso a la ciudad. El edificio está en un sector hotelero lo que hace que esté en zonas seguras. Adicionalmente hay mercados y lugares para comprar alimentos para preparar y restaurantes. El apartamento tenía todo lo que necesitamos para la estancia. Los anfitriones Stephane and Christine estuvieron siempre pendiente de nuestras necesidades antes, durante y al finalizar la estadía.
El edificio donde está el apartamento se ve muy deteriorado. El apartamento es más bien pequeño para tres personas y le hace falta un poco más de ventilación; aunque se pueden abrir las ventanas, el ruido de la calle cansa y hace que toque cerrarlas nuevamente.

Die Gastgeber sind sehr kommunikativ, sehr freundlich und waren stets um unsere Zufriedenheit bemüht. Wir haben frühzeitig präzise Erläuterungen und Foto-Beschreibungen erhalten. Entsprechend war der Zugang zur Unterkunft absolut unkompliziert. Die offene Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett und Schlafsofa sind bequem, so dass man die Wohnung seht gut für Stadtausflüge nutzen kann.
Die Unterkunft schaut direkt auf eine mehrspurige, dicht befahrene Verkehrsader. Spätestens, wenn man die Fenster öffnet, ist es entsprechend laut. Von daher bewerte ich die Lage als zweckmäßig, aber nicht schön.
