Apartment of 38m2 for 6 people located on the 5th floor with elevator.- The living room, bright, is equipped with a sofa bed (160*190) and a TV It has a balcony with a magnificent view of the entire resort of La Plagne. With its south-east orientation, the balcony has a very nice sunshine from morning to mid-afternoon.- The kitchen, open to the living room, is fully equipped with a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a coffee maker (Nespresso and filter), induction plates, a combined microwave oven, a raclette machine and a fondue machine.- The master bedroom has a double bed (160*200) and a bathroom with shower cabin- The 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds (80*190) which can be combined- A second bathroom with bathtub. The toilets are separated.Attention: ongoing façade work that may lead to an impossibility to access the balcony of the apartment for the winter 2025/2026Additional equipment:- Ski area, with access to ski to the feet on the slopes (blue track "Golf")- Covered individual parking space (please note 1.70m max)- Stop of the shuttle connecting the SNCF station of Aime la Plagne to the feet of the residence.Attention, bed linen and towels are not included.Animals are not allowed.Summer only : Tennis lessons THE QUARTIER:Les Hauts Bois is a recent residence of very good standing located in Plagne Aime 2000.
