Please note, while this is a private contained unit, there is individuals living upstairs and a rental unit next door. There will be occasional noise associated with the next door unit or the residents upstairs.

You’ll have the entire basement suite to yourself with a private entrance. Free street parking is available right out front, and public transit is nearby if you're heading downtown or exploring local trails.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
This is a fully private suite with self check-in for your convenience. You’ll receive a personalized access code before arrival, and there’s no need for in-person interaction. We’re available by message if you need anything during your stay, but otherwise, you’ll have complete privacy.

It was nice, modern and had everything we needed. I would have like to know that “parking available” meant on a busy street. One guest has mobility issues. Although in a basement suite it was a bit too hot not to have air conditioning. For the price air conditioning would have been nice. Some guestsin other suites were noisy and instructions for recycling were not clear for people not from BC. Communication with owner was good and prompt. Not happy high cleaning fees and VRBO fee.
