Welcome to Landing House, our NEW child and dog-friendly retreat in Bodega Bay, designed for up to 8 guests. Nestled between two parks, this exquisite property offers breathtaking views and easy access to pristine beaches and hiking. Unwind and reconnect with loved ones in the private TV lounge, enjoy a friendly horseshoe competition, or gather in the gourmet chef’s kitchen. With 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, Landing House is the perfect place to create lasting memories.

Start your morning on the southeast-facing deck, sipping our favorite brew while listening to the calming rhythm of ocean waves. Our fully-stocked coffee, hot chocolate, and tea station includes everything you need for the perfect morning ritual: ground coffee beans, pods, a French Press, drip coffee maker, Keurig, burr-style grinder, and electric kettle.
Outside, breathe in the fresh coastal air while lounging in Adirondack chairs or enjoying breakfast at the picnic table with stunning views of the ocean and surrounding hills. As the day winds down, fire up the grill and enjoy a barbecue dinner al fresco.
In the backyard, gather around the fire pit in cozy Adirondack chairs or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table on the back deck. The space is designed for connection and play—featuring a bocce ball court, horseshoe pits, and plenty of room for kids or pups to roam free in the fully fenced yard.

Working remotely? You’ll have no trouble staying connected. Two of the bedrooms include a writing desk and chair, and the home has strong Starlink Wi-Fi throughout, perfect for Zoom calls or remote work.
After a day of adventure, relax in the inviting living room by the gas fireplace, stream your favorite shows on the HDTV, or unwind with a book or board game.

Absolutely lovely. Perfect location to celebrate mymom’s birthday. We walked to one beach, drove to others, enjoyed takeout from Fishetarian and a meal up the road at Jilly’s. The bocce ball court and board games provided entertainment for all. 13/10 stars. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our first visit to Bodega Bay and after exploring for a week, we concluded that we had chosen the perfect house in the most ideal location for our trip! This home comfortably fit our family of 4 adults and 4 children and we loved the outdoor spaces. We traveled from NC and were so pleasantly surprised that the host had provided every essential for our stay! The home was very clean and so beautifully decorated and comfortable with big bright windows. We spent our mornings exploring the nearby beaches and hiking trails (Duncan’s cove is a very short walk away and is not to be missed… our kids loved climbing rocks and digging in the sand and seeing so many starfish and anemone! We also hiked the nearby Kortum trail and highly recommend, especially the northern part) We spent the afternoons playing bocce and croquet and horseshoes in the big fenced backyard, or sitting on the deck in the cozy chairs by the gas fire pit. We cooked every evening in the lovely well-stocked kitchen and lacked nothing. It was so welcoming to come home to Landing House after our adventures each day and we’re so thankful for the memories our family made there!
