About this apartment rental
Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle. Mere minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers.
Our penthouse has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room and one in the master. In this space, you will have a king sized bed in the master bedroom with a walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. In the second bedroom, you will have a queen sized bed and a full bathroom around the corner. The sofa is a sleeper sofa to add an extra sleeping option when needed.
The kitchen is fully equipped to please any cook. There is a washer/dryer in the condo for your convenience. Tall oversized windows throughout the condo provide plenty of natural light and a beautiful view of the serene garden courtyard. You will hardly know that you are in the center of the city. Our home also includes 1 Gbps ultra fast wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units.

The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows.
Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential units. We are located in the heart of Seattle, so there is urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay.
From time to time, the building or listing amenities (e.g. pool and all others) may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot always predict when maintenance events might occur.
This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. We will make every effort to address any such unforeseeable issues as guests bring them to our attention and appreciate your kind understanding. We have a noise decibel monitor in the living room (NoiseAware aka Rest) in some listings; it does not record any sound.

From the very start, communication was top-notch. The place was in a great location and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was a huge perk and made things even easier. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would happily stay here again.

The condo was perfect for our family. Easy to walk everywhere and there are great food options right outside the front door. We would stay here again when in Seattle.

This was a very clean, quiet and lovely location. Our hosts were efficient, gracious, helpful and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again if ever I am back this way.

The host was great, responsive and very thorough. The reason for the 3 stars is due to the very strict rules of the place and lack of flexibility. The noise every morning was also disturbing. The idea was to relax without having to wake up very early. The trash comes by very early and the noise can be heard in the condo.
