About this apartment rental
New 160m² apartment with high-end amenities in an ideal and unique location in Les Rousses.
Enjoy access to the ground-level garden and terrace with views of Lake Les Rousses.
With direct access to hiking trails, close to Lake Les Rousses and golf courses, lovers of peace and quiet, nature, and outdoor activities will be delighted.
Accommodation for 10 people, comprising as follows:
You enter the apartment via a private entrance. The entrance hall provides space to store your coats and shoes.
You then arrive in a large space comprising the living room (with wood stove), the dining room (with extensions available to enlarge the table depending on the number of guests) and a modern, fully equipped kitchen (oven, food processor, raclette machine, dishwasher, etc.).
The bedrooms are as follows:
- A master suite with a bunk bed, then a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), and a shower room with toilet.
- A master suite with a queen-size double bed (160 cm) and shower
- A bedroom with two 80 cm single beds that form a queen-size bed (160 cm), which can be separated (please let us know when booking)
- A bedroom with a bunk bed.
Each bedroom has its own thermostat, dressing room, and electric shutters.
You will also find:
- A terrace with a view of the lake
- A bathroom with a bathtub
- Two separate toilets
- Baby/child equipment is available on request
- Sheets, towels, and dish towels are provided
- A laundry area (washing machine and dryer)
