The cottage is on one level, it offers you a large living room with equipped kitchen, living room and lounge (sofa bed 180x200 or 2 beds 90x200), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190) with adjoining shower room and a separate toilet. - Outside: a large private enclosed space with south-facing terrace (small sea view) and a gravelled courtyard, a lean-to used as a laundry room and storage space for bicycles (shared with the other cottage for access to the washing machine), a private parking space secured by a gate in the property. The cottage is located on the ground floor of a house hosting another rental upstairs with an external staircase located at the back.
