Karrebæksminde Fjord - a stone's throw from the water On the beautiful Enø by Karrebæksminde you will find these modern and well-appointed terraced houses located with a view of the fjord and the urban area. About Karrebæksminde Fjord The 2-storey apartments / terraced houses were completely renovated in the spring of 2019 in quality-conscious materials. They are all decorated in a bright and stylish design with light wooden floors, white walls and ceilings that give a calm and bright impression. The walls are adorned with art by Swet, who is a highly acclaimed artist in graffiti and has works in large parts of the world. If you fall for one of the paintings, it is possible to buy it and take it home. The bright and spacious apartments have an open-plan kitchen and living room, so everyone can enjoy themselves while cooking in the kitchen or playing games in the living room. There is a dining table in the extension of the kitchen, but you will probably eat most meals outdoors on the terrace while enjoying the view of the fjord and the marina. There is direct access to the terrace from the living room. The stairs to the 1st floor lead up to 2 bedrooms. One bedroom on the 1st floor has access to a balcony, where you can enjoy the peace of the area and the sunset. The good night's sleep is guaranteed in the comfortable Hästens beds. In type 1, there is a sauna, which can be enjoyed to get the heat back in the body after an active day in the area. This type also has a bedroom on the ground floor. The bright bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and comfortable underfloor heating. An energy-saving heat pump has been installed, which can both cool on hot days and quickly distribute the heat throughout the house on cool days. On the large terrace, with tables and chairs, you can enjoy the sun most of the day and have cozy barbecue evenings while the sun goes down. On hot days, the parasol can provide shade from the sun while you read a good book or the children play. There are 300-400 hundred meters to restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries, etc.
