Located just 1 km from the charming village of Noves in Provence, the property is nestled among agricultural fields, surrounded by apple and pear orchards. With a bit of luck, you might even get to taste a freshly pressed juice straight from the morning harvest!

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living room with a beautiful antique fireplace, and a spacious open-plan kitchen that is fully equipped and leads directly to a large dining table. There is also a first shower room on this level. All bedrooms are located upstairs and come with air conditioning for optimal comfort. A second shower room is also available on the first floor.

One of the property’s main highlights is its large pool house, perfectly equipped with a second full kitchen, dining area, lounge space and even a TV.
