A beach house, the kind where you can forget your car -- and even your shoes, if you want. Because Sirio, a modern, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment, is 200 meters from the beach and even has a rooftop communal pool. Nothing could be easier and more convenient for a relaxing vacation in the sun of western Liguria.
THE SPACES
It is the air of the Ligurian sea that enters through the large French window that lights up the living area of Sirio, a compact 45 M2 one-bedroom apartment located in Borghetto Santo Spirito. Stepping out onto the small terrace, equipped with table and chairs for breakfast or lunch between baths, you can really breathe it, For the sea is right there, behind the houses. You can't see it but you can feel it and, above all, you can reach it easily: on foot it's 4 minutes, the time it takes to walk the 200 meters that separate the vacation home from the waterfront promenade that winds in front of Borghetto Santo Spirito. And if you want to get as far as the center of Loano, the minutes become 30 and the kilometers 2: a beautiful promenade dotted with restaurants and clubs and overlooking the Ligurian Sea. Therefore we talk about the possibility of a vacation in which you can do without the car, leaving it in the reserved parking lot.
The apartment, located on the second floor of a 4-story building with an elevator, is fully air conditioned and consists of a living room with an open kitchen, dining table and sofa (convertible into a second double bed), a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are complete with everything. The first offers induction burners, formo (also microwave) and dishwasher, and of course fridge and freezer. The second is a bathroom with wall-hung fixtures (toilet and bidet) and a nice shower stall. It is here that the washing machine is also located.
The bedroom, lit by a large window, houses the double bed and a closet.
The entire apartment has been recently renovated, and the building offers its condominiums, as well as Sirio's guests, a small rooftop swimming pool-accessible from June to September inclusive, which is nonetheless a real plus that adds to the other gifts (and amenities) of this Liguria vacation home.
