Description:
Welcome to Aspen Place! Out away from the bustle and sharing a border with the Little Deschutes River, Aspen Place is an amazing getaway for you and yours. This 2 story, 3 bedroom home has a living room with massive windows that bring in natural light and allow for a grand view of the massive, grassy backyard that ends at the Little Deschutes River. A separate Den allows for two different groups to entertain themselves.

Bedroom 1:
The Primary Bedroom is just to the left of the entry, features a King Bed, walk-in closet, and an En Suite. The En Suite has an double vanity, large tiled shower.

Living Room:
Straight ahead from the entry, down the hall to the left, is the Living room with a gas fireplace with River Rock, two recliners, a Couch, and a view of the large paver patio and grassy backyard. The vaulted wood covered ceiling gives a huge open feeling to the area.

Kitchen:
A large Kitchen island plus plenty of cabinets, black appliances including a glass top Stove and a coffee bar. The stone countertops give that mark of class and contrast to the olive green cabinetry.

Dining:
Off the Kitchen with Patio Access, that dining table seats 8 under the hanging wood beam with dangling bulbs above. A selection of games sits on the corner rack when it's not time to chow down.

Den: To the right of the entry and off the Kitchen is the Den with sleeper sofa and TV. The wheeled cabinet contains a solid selection of DVDs.

Bedroom 2:
Upstairs and off to the left is Bedroom 2 with a Queen Bed.

Bedroom 3:
Down the hall past the upstairs bath is the last Bedroom with Queen Bed as well.

Garage:
The garage has a Ping-Pong table with all the necessary accoutrements for your own tournament. Unfortunately, with this fun in the garage, there is no room to park a vehicle.

Backyard:
Out the back door leads to a large paver patio, great for summer BBQs and relaxing in the sun. The backyard has a large grassy area for all kinds of outdoor play. The lot extends all the way down to a view of the Little Deschutes River. There's no direct river access due to the embankment.

Pet Policy
This home allows one dog. The pet fee is $20 per night stayed. Pets not declared or overcrowding can lead to extra charges or even eviction without refund. Please see our Terms and Conditions for all the information.

I.D Verification: After you book a reservation, as a security measure for you and our owners, we will be sending you a Verification Request via our partner, Guest Ranger. Please complete it as soon as possible so we can verify your stay. If we cannot verify your stay, we may cancel your reservation.

Booking Channel Guests:
Any time you book with us, but not on our site, for simplicity's sake, we have combined all fees into a single group. That group can include Cleaning, Resort Fee, Card Processing, and Hot Tub maintenance (all when applicable). The Service Fee is the booking site's fee, not ours.
