Just 15 minutes from downtown Blue Ridge, this spacious and pet-friendly cabin is an inviting retreat for up to 10 guests with breathtaking long-range mountain views from every room and all three expansive decks. As you ascend the stairs to the main-level deck of Chalet Bella Vista you’re greeted by a range of inviting outdoor spaces designed to take full advantage of the stunning mountain views. Relax around the outdoor, wood-burning fireplace, sip drinks at the high-top table for two facing the endless horizon, dine alfresco at the outdoor table, or unwind in one of the rocking chairs. There’s also a twin-sized bed swing, a 6-person hot tub, and a gas grill—all before you even step inside.
Once you enter the main level, you’ll find the cozy family room with a flat-screen TV, a reading nook with a rocking chair, and a plush leather couch and chair, all facing a wall of windows framing the breathtaking scenery and a gorgeous wood burning fireplace . The fully stocked kitchen is ready for home-cooked meals or game-day snacks, and the and the drip and Keurig coffee makers allow you to enjoy your freshly brewed cup on any of three levels of decks overlooking the mountains.
The main level also features one of two master suites, complete with a queen bed, Jacuzzi tub, private deck access, mountain views, flat-screen TV, walk-in closet, desk area, and ensuite bath. A laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer is also conveniently located on this floor.
Head upstairs to the loft, where an oversized sofa, daybed (sleeps 2) and rocking chair provide the perfect perch to gaze out yet another towering wall of windows. The upper-level master suite includes a king bed, full bath, and TV, along with access to a covered outdoor deck with an outdoor living room and a double chaise for serene, elevated views and relaxation.
On the lower level, you’ll find the recreation room, featuring a full-size pool table, high-top table with board games, a vintage arcade cocktail table with 412 games, a flat-screen TV above a gas fireplace, and a fully renovated bath. A gas fireplace and oversized couch will let everyone join in on the fun. Beyond that, there is a third bedroom with a queen-size bed and sofa bed with a full media system including a 65-inch TV, surround sound, and DVD system. Hi-speed internet and cable available from all TVs.

My family and I had a cozy stay for our long weekend. We all loved the three levels with access to decks. The hot tub was amazing. The game room was a lot of fun for all of us. The cabin was quiet, clean and spacious enough for our group of 8. Highly recommend for a quick getaway out of the city!

The views are wonderful, the road is private, about 15 - 20 minutes drive to everything, love the wood burning fireplace and the game room. Bedrooms are spacious, place is clean and well equipped. One thing that I’d consider in the future is that with wood everything (floors and walls) sounds (dog paws clicking) travels. Otherwise, I have no issues about booking again.

This house was beautiful, and the views were as promised. We stayed here over Labor Day weekend, 2025 with four kids under age 13 and two small dogs. Had gorgeous weather, so we were able to personally attest to, and enjoy the mountain scenery from the deck. The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of bath amenities, and there were baby gates (for us, doggie gates!) on the stairwell entrance from the main level to the lowest level and on the deck, which was a nice bonus. Nice grill, beautiful outdoor fireplace (and two indoor), and ample dining area for at least 6. One tip: if you come in the winter and there's ice or a possibility of ice, be cognizant that the road to the house is windy and the driveway is steep.
