About this house rental

Come enjoy this lovely home located in Cordova Bay located on a scenic water's edge. Even though this looks like AI, these are very real photos inside and out.

This home is located within the Mount Douglas provincial park, not far from the BC Ferries and the Victoria International Airport YYJ, with the Broadmead shopping center 5 minutes away that offers boutique shopping, fabulous restaurants, museums, walking trails, and hiking. It is just a short 20-minute drive to downtown Victoria, where there are more of the same and, of course, easy access to the Westshore!

This home has views that regularly provide wildlife sightings, ranging from eagles and owls to seals and orcas, though you have to be lucky and patient to spot the latter. The home has video games, a chill room with toys, a workout room with a small variety of workout items, and a staircase to the beach that rivals the Grouse Grind!

There are 3 bedrooms, one with a king and the other 2 with queen bedrooms, 3 1/2 beautiful bathrooms, a large open concept kitchen, living and dining room, and a patio on every floor. The kitchen has 4 bar seats, and the dining room can seat up to 6 people. The master bedroom comes with a massive water view, including the ensuite bathtub and shower, and don't forget the gas fireplace to warm up on your own little deck. There is a BBQ located on the kitchen level deck that you can cook and enjoy the view all at the same time!

Parking: Parking is included in the monthly rental at no additional cost. Most parking spots are made for a standard-size vehicle, so if you have a non-standard vehicle, please let us know to ensure parking will suit your vehicle. There is one garage parking spot and room for three other standard-sized vehicles.

Cleaning: There is a one-time cleaning fee of $900 that will be added at the time of booking. We also offer bi-weekly or weekly cleaning, which can also be arranged on an hourly basis based on your needs.

Please note that effective May 1, 2024, the BC Government has set the minimum stay for rentals in British Columbia at 90 days. If you see the option to book a shorter stay, be aware that some platforms display this to show the breakdown of the monthly rate for this property. Also, note that the rates you see are based on 12-month stays, but we also offer rates for various other lengths of stay. Send us an email or a message via CheckedIn, and we will respond with rates based on your preferred length of stay and details.

All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.

There will be important check-in details sent to you from CheckedIn before your arrival, where you will receive detailed information on your property.

Cancellation policy:
We never know when something may happen, so we always recommend you purchase trip cancellation insurance. Once you confirm your reservation, it is still refundable, less a $175 administrative fee, up until you are 30 days before travel. Once you are within 30 days of travel, your reservation becomes 100% nonrefundable. If you are booking a multi-month stay, there will be no administrative fee for changes, and note that you will be required to give 30-day notice of your departure date in writing.
