The luxurious villa Aurora is located in Povljana in a beautiful natural bay in the south of the island of Pag. Povljana is a location where you will be delighted by the pebble, rocky and sandy beaches, which will be enjoyed by children and adults alike. If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and completely relax in peace and quiet, then Villa Aurora is the right choice for you and your loved ones!
The villa was built in 2024 in a contemporary style, offering you 300 m2 of living space, while the total area of the property is 800 m2. It is 400 meters from the nearest sea. The villa is fully air-conditioned and has 4 bedrooms with 4 double beds, and each room has an en suite bathroom with a shower and a TV. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 10 people, and optimally 8 people. You can also use 1 separate toilet, washing machine, dryer and iron. A cot is provided for children. Two additional people can sleep on the sofa in the living room.
In the fully equipped kitchen, you will prepare meals for friends and family, and in the living room you will enjoy watching your favorite movies. The living room includes a sofa, TV, fireplace and provides plenty of light and peace. The dining room has a table with 10 seats.
You will especially be delighted by the outdoor heated infinity pool measuring 42 m2. There are 10 sun loungers next to the pool, and the terrace is covered. Enjoying your meals will also be possible at the outdoor dining table. You can also use the barbecue and outdoor shower. There is also a lounge area with armchairs on the outdoor terrace.
Children will be especially delighted by the playroom, which contains board games, PlayStation, darts and billiards for adults. There is also a SUP board, and a bike path near the property.
The private parking offers 3 parking spaces, and the villa is suitable for people with disabilities because it is located entirely on the ground floor.
