Apartment Lerocco is located in Sukošan, near the city of Zadar. Sukošan is a famous tourist destination where you can enjoy local food, explore the clear Adriatic Sea and swim in beautiful bays and beaches. There are a handful of beautiful beaches in Sukošan, and the beach 'Dječji raj' stands out in particular. Due to its shallow sea and sandy bottom, this beach is a paradise for children and all those who enjoy various games in the sea in addition to swimming. On the beach you can rent deck chairs and pedal boats, refresh yourself with ice cream or have a drink in one of the cafes.
The apartment is located on the 1st floor and offers 100 m2 of living space. It offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, one of which has 2 single beds, and the second and third have a double bed. You will use 1 bathroom with a shower, 1 separate toilet and a washing machine. 2 folding children's cots and 1 high chair are available.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to easily prepare delicious meals for the whole family. Next to the kitchen is a dining room with 6 seats. The ideal place for evening gatherings and relaxing with your favorite movies is the living room with a sofa and TV.
Drinking your morning coffee will be possible on the balcony on the seating area in peace and quiet.
The apartment offers 1 private parking space.
Nearby you will find a supermarket, various restaurants and cafes, where you will have the opportunity to try delicious traditional Dalmatian dishes.

Great communication, clean apartments, good beds, the aircondition was a lifesaver, good wifi. The location is great for families. Not too close to center but close enough to walk to beaches and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! Communication with Tourist Adria Group was excellent—friendly, fast and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask, and a baby cot was arranged without any problem.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean—honestly the cleanest and most well-maintained holiday home we've ever stayed in. Everything felt freshly renovated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we really appreciated having air conditioning in both the bedroom and living area. Another big plus: insect screens on the windows helped keep the bugs out.
If we could suggest anything for improvement, it would be to add a parasol or sunshade on the terrace for a bit more shade during the day. Also, not all windows had insect screens, so adding those would make the experience even better.
Highly recommended—we’d love to come back!
