About this chalet rental
Welcome to Prémanon, in our 110m² chalet, nestled in the heart of the Jura Mountains, in a private cul-de-sac ensuring peace and serenity.
An idyllic setting for a family vacation, combining authenticity and comfort, with a capacity of 7 to 9 people (including children and babies).
The Accommodation
💡 A warm atmosphere thanks to solid wood construction, offering great modern comfort: fireplace, underfloor heating on the ground floor, complete equipment, bright living space, and wifi access (fiber).
🏔 An ideal location for outdoor activities
No matter the season, enjoy a wide range of activities nearby:
✅ Winter: Alpine skiing, cross-country skiing (less than 1 km), snowshoeing trails starting from the chalet, ice rink, and toboggan run in the village center.
✅ Summer: Hiking from the chalet, mountain biking, water activities, discovery of Jura lakes and waterfalls.
✅ All year long: Forest walks, visit to the Rousses resort and its surroundings.
✅ Shuttle at 100m: Ski bus in winter/summer to reach the slopes and points of interest.
✅ Supermarket at 3 min by car in the village center, shops in Les Rousses at 8 min by car.
A Spacious and Fully Equipped Chalet:

• Cathedral-style living room with fireplace, sofa, TV (Orange box), and south-facing terrace access.
• Open kitchen fully equipped (oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine…).
• Large bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm).
• Shower room and towel dryer.
• Separate toilet with washbasin.
🛏 Upper Floor:
• Mezzanine (lounge area) with sofa bed (140x200 cm) and balcony access.
• Bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm) + bunk bed (90x190 cm).
• Attic bedroom with double bed (140x190 cm).
• Separate toilet.
🔹 Level -1:
• Pantry with storage. Available: raclette machine, crepe maker, iron and ironing board.
• Shower room, towel dryer, washing machine.
Exterior & Amenities
• 900m² outdoor area, south-facing terrace with table and chairs.
• Private parking (4 cars, 2 under a carport, shared with the apartment).
Access to an Independent Apartment
(4 to 6 people), accessible from the pantry through a soundproof door. It can be rented separately or with the main chalet (total capacity up to 15 people). The exterior entrances are independent.

We had a great stay at this cozy chalet. Our adult daughter and her husband stayed in the attached apartment and my brother and wife were with us in the main house. The home was a nice base for the day trips that we took to the Jura and to Nyon. It is also not far from Geneva. Everything was as described in the description and we would love to stay there again. Thank you!
