This lovely two bedroomed bungalow is sat in the grounds of Edderton Hall, near Welshpool, and is an ideal location for those wanting to explore the local countryside, with public footpaths going directly from the property so you can explore to your hearts content. Set in the grounds of Edderton Hall and close to the owners’ home, the property has fabulous views over the Severn Valley and Powis Castle.
Powis Castle View has everything that you will need and has an open-plan living space with a great view of the gardens and countryside. The master bedroom has a zip and link super kingsize bed and a TV, whilst the second bedroom has twin beds. There is a private hot tub which is situated on the decking, and robes, towels and slippers are provided. There is a large decked area to the front of the property which is a great place for watching the sun set whilst listening to the local wildlife. This property will be the perfect base for you and your four legged friends, whether you decide to explore or just sit in the lovely grounds. Please do not charge Electric Vehicles at the property - there is Tesco’s within a couple miles which has charging points, alongside the main car park which has charging points for you to use. Shop 2½ miles, pub and restaurant ½ mile.

Lovely stay here we came for my daughter's birthday. Lovely views, cottage itself was nice and had everything you needed and Mike was lovely. However it could do with a little pick me up there were a few things that had wear and tear and the beds weren't the best but these are my only issues overall very nice would definitely consider going back.

Lovely cottage with fantastic view. Love the fact it was out of the way in a quiet rural location. 5 min drive to local supermarkets. Liked the fact of the decking around the front as we had 2 dogs with us so secure whilst we where on the decking and jn the hot tub. And a dog walking/off lead run area just across the driveway. Approachable owners. Thanks for the milk and welsh cakes on arrival.

Loved the property itself, very clean, perfect for our little family of 4 with a dog, loved the hot tub facility and location. However the photo doesn't show the fact the property is right next door to Edderton Hall. During our stay there was a large family staying at Edderton Hall which meant there were cars constantly up and down the drive way or parked in front of our house ruining our lovely view. This, coupled with the fact they ate outside for their meals, meant we felt our privacy was compromised. In and out of the hot tub in front of others you do not know is not something I felt comfortable with. Disappointing this is not made clearer on the description.
