The house we rented for four of us on a golf trip was outstanding. Fully functional, great kitchen, bedrooms were large and the entire place was VERY clean. The fridge was stocked with items we ordered when we arrived. It was pretty perfect.

Our family of 12 loved this property. It is beautifully furnished with everything you could possibly want. The rooms were large with lots of natural light. It is a great property. However, I don't believe the property management is doing the owner any favors. It took 24 hours and lots of calls to get them to send someone qualified to fix the non-working air conditioning--this in 110 degree heat. they kept saying, "just wait a few hours" when we told them it was blowing hot air. There are a lot of dust on furniture and cobwebs around the place, this despite paying an extra $250 for "cleaning". The patio furniture had bird poop all over it and obviously had not been cleaned before we arrived. If I were the owner, I would be unhappy that I was paying a management company to provide such poor service to my customers.
