"Villa Pyrgos" is a villa with an amazing sea view, very well located, in a quiet area, along the coast, and within a walking distance from very nice beaches and some very delicious restaurants and small supermakets. Magnificent view, exceptional sunset, large private swimming pool, splendid olive grove, numerous balconies and terraces, air conditioning, independent space under the house… here are some of the assets of this luxurious villa. Accommodation capacity : 7 people. The "Villa Pyrgos" was completely renovated in 2019-2020 to offer you the best! Relax in the hammock, take a dip in the swimming pool, relax in the air-conditioned rooms or take a stroll on the beach: these are the ingredients for an unforgettable vacation. The villa is developed over 2 floors and also has a small studio below the villa which cannot be rented separately to offer guests the advantages of a large detached house with garden and private swimming pool while ensuring some independence and privacy when needed… Ground floor: a large living room (single and double sofa bed) with kitchen area (dishwasher, washing machine and modern appliances) and a dining area, separate toilet; air conditioning. First floor: one double bedroom with an additional single bed, another double bedroom with magnificent sea and sunset views, 2 bathrooms with shower. The 2 bedrooms (Air conditioning) have access to balconies with magnificent views of the beach, the sea, the swimming pool and the sunset. Studio under the villa: one double bedroom with bathroom and air conditioning. All interiors have been renovated and furnished with taste and a touch of Mediterranean style for an unforgettable summer vacation. The outdoor spaces are really beautiful. The villa is surrounded by more than 4.000 m2 of garden overlooking the olive grove and the valley. The villa is also surrounded by terraces. Garden with a magnificent olive grove, hammocks and sun loungers. Private swimming pool (7m X 4m). Private parking available on site. Bus, taxi and rental car is the options to reach the Villa. The villa has a private parking. We have a agreement with a local Rental car company with negociate rates for you on request. If ever needed, a local contact person is available. Isolated in the middle of olive tree plantation but close enough of the village and all is facilities as Supermarket, Restaurants, Tavernas, Medical Post, Bakeries, ... the villa is surounded by nature and offer a panoramic view on the dramatic coast of Paleokastritsa. A unique gem. The area of Liapades has 12 small beaches. Some of them are accessible on foot and some of them accessible only by boat. Boat service offered in the central beach of Liapades or in Paleokastritsa. If you want to rent a boat at a good price, ask us first as we have an agreement with a rental boat company of Paleokastritsa.
