About this house rental
On 1500 m2 of garden, heated swimming pool, facing south, the house is very clear, it enjoys a glimpse of the sea. Parking for 3 cars, bowling green, large terraces with plancha near the pool. The beaches are 10 mins walk, and some shops 5 mins. There houses were completely restored in 2014, all bathrooms, sanitary and bedding are at most 4 years old. The area is very quiet, the interior of Cap d'Antibes being frequented only by residents.

A spacious and well-equipped villa in a delightful location on the Cap. On a quiet street in a residential area, the nearest beach is Garoupe, a 12 minute walk away. Antibes and Juan les Pins both a 25-30 minute walk and Ubers are plentiful. The villa was comfortable, the pool was just what we needed on a hot day and this was a great base to explore this lovely part of the world. Very easy to catch a train to go to Nice and Monte Carlo, but really pleasant to just potter around locally to. We had a great holiday and would love to return!

We (6 adults and 1 child) spent 9 days in this house, that we chose for its great location, parking possibilities, outdoor kitchen and heated swimming pool. The house was on a quiet street (15 min walk to nearest beach) and was well equipped. Unfortunately the cleaning of the swimming pool was not well organized and therefore we couldn’t use it for one day. Reimbursement was promised but did not happen. Overall we had a good time and would be happy to go back again.

We really enjoyed the lovely and spacious villa, which was well equipped and with a fantastic pool and bar area in the garden. The villa was also close to everything in Antibes and at same time placed in a quiet area.

Beautiful villa, very clean and tidy on arrival. Well stocked kitchen implement wise, we loved our stay and hope to return.
