Καλό αν και λίγο περιοριστικό ως προς το περιεχόμενό του.
Υπήρχε θόρυβος από το σύρσιμο των καρεκλών της καφετέριας σχετικά ενοχλητικός κυρίως στο ισόγειο διαμέρισμα όχι βέβαια σε απαγορευτικές ώρες.

Das Restaurant, der Service, die Unterkunft, alles war top. Das Gebäude an sich war auch sehr schön und lag zentral, alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Bitola kommen, werden wir garantiert wieder hier übernachten.

The personnel was very polite and really did their best to help. Breakfast was good, the place was beautiful. The room was complete except for some small details. The cafe of the villa was also beautiful. The place was less than five walking minutes from the city center.
When we arrived it was very cold outside, about -7C. There was no warm water in the room and the air-conditioning was not enough to heat the room. Even though the air-conditioning was working the whole day, it did not manage to reach 20C inside the room. The girl in the reception did her best to help, the hot water was fixed next day. Also the weather was better next day so room temperature increased also. So I do not have a clear picture if we were unlucky, or low temperatures outside is a problem.

En la habitación hay botellas de agua, calentador de agua y café
La habitación está limpia
La wifi funciona bien
La habitación es fría y no está insonorizada. Se oye la música del local de la entrada e incluso la de un bar que hay al cruzar la calle. También cada vez que los clientes suben o bajan escaleras.
No hay ascensor. Tienes tú que subir y bajar la maleta.
Mientras que la mayoría de los trabajadores son amables y profesionales hay una chica que es una maleducada, prefiere ver vídeos a atender a los clientes
Te dicen que el desayuno es a las 7:30 y un día es así y al día siguiente llegas al comedor y te dicen que no, que es a las 8. Así que me fui sin desayunar porque ya tenía organizado mi día y no podía esperar.
