Everything was clean. Property was easy to use and comfortable to stay in. Stayed as a family 2 adults an 2 children(2yrs + 7yrs) the kids loved the cuddle seat in the window and so did I!! Property was close to city centre and eay walking distance

Nice and close to the centre, parking directions great, good size property. Clean and tidy and had everything we needed. Good information provided before our stay that was really useful.

The sitting room was very comfy. Good location in relation to city centre.
Issue with hot water - fixed quickly bit the fix only lasted one day.

Good location, clean, easy access.
Double room was too small and only had a 3/4 bed which was pushed into a corner. This was difficult to climb out of if you were sleeping next to the wall as the bed had a sleigh style foot board and very little space. The bed also had a significant sag all down the centre length due to the base not being supported so not a good sleep with 2 sharing. No storage/ hanging space for clothes either. In comparison, the twin room was spacious and had a large wardrobe. It was impossible to get running hot water for washing up or a shower for the first 24 hours. Problems were reported and although assured they would be addressed, the bed was not repaired during our stay.
