The place was great! I read a lot of negative comments, which made me a bit scared, but after arriving, it exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, close to the city and the North Shore beaches, and within walking distance of the Birkenhead shops. The host was very kind too; she took a bit long to respond to a question, but we are all busy with life.

I love that I had privacy and a key to the room I booked. The host was very lovely and kind.
Lol, there was an unused pad covering the smoke alarm, and maybe a past user's jumper down the side of the bed, which wasn't bad, but makes me think they didn't thoroughly clean the room and check everything.
