Saat check in jam 7 malam di kamar tidak ada handuk dan keset. Tanya operator handuk masih di laundry. Jam 10 malam baru dapat handuk. Di kamar dan kamar mandi banyak kecoak nya. Bawah kasur berdebu ada putung rokok. Di bawah ke arah kolam renang daerah breakfast lantai nya berminyak dan bau tidak sedap..

- Bad odor of the room - a lot of baby cockroaches in the room - moldy walls - need renovation before selling the room - too dark at the lobby n dining area - staff's uniform need to be more representative

Pengalaman Pertama dan menjadi yang Terakhir kami saat menginap 3hari di Sunday Hotel Arshika yg katanya Berbintang *4 bbrp hari lalu adalah : PRO’s : * Lokasi Hotel cukup strategis. * Bangunan Hotel dan Kolam renang lumayan besar * Area Lobby dan Kamar lumayan luas. * Reception team lumayan responsif mengakomodasi keluhan kami meskipun waktu check in awal ada 1 petugas jaga yang kurang baik. * Terdapat stok Snacks (Minibar) dikamar. * Fasilitas Smart / Android TV di kamar. * Kasur dikamar empuk dan nyaman. * Air Panas dan dingin lancar. * Harga menginap tidak mahal untuk Kategori Hotel Bintang 4. CON’s : * Pada saat sampai di hotel, memarkir kendaraan roda empat tidak ada yang membantu dan mengarahkan dari pihak terkait ketika akan parkir menginap. (Saat kendaraan kami keluar dari area Hotel ke jalan utama pun tidak ada yang mengarahkan / membantu). * Tidak ada fasilitas Troli yang dapat dipergunakan ataupun team bellboy selayaknya hotel berbintang 4 utk membawa barang sampai ke kamar. * Koridor ke arah Kamar di Lumayan Jauh jika kamar dibagian ujung. * AC Tidak Dingin (3 jam lebih setelah masuk kamar, pendinginan AC tidak bekerja dengan baik sampai akhirnya request utk pindah kamar). * Pesawat telepon dikamar secara fisik ada, tetapi tidak aktif / tidak berfungsi utk dipergunakan berkomunikasi dengan front desk / front office team. (Hanya tersedia nomor WA utk komunikasi dgn pihak staff hotel). * Fasilitas Handuk dan keset kamar mandi dikamar tidak langsung tersedia alias harus diminta baru dibawakan. * Tanda petunjuk ke arah tiap lantai dan kamar kurang dan agak membingungkan. * Di Beberapa Area Kamar maupun area Koridor terpantau Kecoa berkeliaran,ada area yg bocor. * Beberapa sudut area dinding koridor dan didalam kamar terlihat lembab, berjamur dan sebagian cat terkelupas. * Dikamar kami, aroma lembab bercampur dengan bau bau lain yang tidak kami pahami dan lumayan mengganggu indera penciuman. (dan ada solusi untuk disemprot pengharum ruangan tapi hanya sementara). * Hasil renovasi pengecatan di beberapa area koridor menuju arah kamar terlihat tidak rapi alias terlihat asal asalan. * Tissue holder di kloset pada kamar mandi dikamar kami terpantau terlepas dari dinding.(entah mengapa tidak diperbaiki dulu sebelum kamar digunakan oleh tamu). * Aroma pada bbrp bantal kurang segar (berbau apek). * Terdapat bbrp noda pada sofa dan permukaan meja kaca dikamar kurang bersih. * Kebersihan area lantai dan dinding toilet & kamar mandi terlihat kurang.(Ternyata toilet di area Lobby pun juga kurang bersih). * Kualitas Sinyal Wifi kurang maksimal di area kamar kami menginap. * Pada area Lobby disaat kami check out terlihat beberapa bekas bungkus makanan dan tissue berserakan di lantai. * Area Tangga keluar ke akses ke parkir mobil basement kurang bersih dan tidak mencerminkan impresi hotel berbintang 4. * Beberapa “Defect” pada furniture di area kamar juga terpantau disaat kami menginap. * Dan bbrp hal yg tidak mencerminkan Hotel berbintang yg sudah tidak bisa disebutkan lagi disini. Semoga beberapa hal diatas bisa menjadi masukan dan perhatian kepada pihak management guna peningkatan fasilitas hotel dan kualitas pelayanan untuk kedepannya, Terima kasih.
