The location is very good because it's closer to shop's and Beach, it's easy to access and makes movement easier
The gate entrance it's not easy for a car to enter especially sedan due to a ramp. They must consider providing gate remote keys for the guest so that they can open gate on their own while staying there especially if guests are traveling late at night too.
