Overall was a comfortable stay in Eugene for purpose of visiting U of Oregon. It was nearby and convenient.

It was a nice little spacious place. They accommodated whenever requested of anything unreasonable time.
We did have issues with spiders in rooms(on beds), kitchen above table and bathroom. I didn't really bug me LOL but my kids were scared.
