Ein perfektes Apartment, das alles bietet, was man braucht: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, ein toller großer Balkon und ein schöner Pool. Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal – der wunderschöne Strand ist in nur fünf Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war hervorragend: schnelle Antworten und immer lösungsorientiert. Liebe Ana, vielen Dank für die wunderschönen Tage bei dir – wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen!

Very clean, very stylish apartment. It was very comfortable and well designed. Located in a safe, quiet area, walkable to multiple beaches and restaurants. Pool & backyard was well designed and a comfortable place to relax. Came on a mommy daughter trip and the setup was absolutely perfect. Didn’t need parking this time but it was available. Arrived very late, but had no issues checking in. Staff was fantastic and very helpful and responsive. Would absolutely stay here again.

Wat een heerlijke plek om te overnachten als je Zadar wilt ontdekken! Groot, modern, schoon appartement dat van alle gemakken is voorzien! Twee ruime slaapkamers (met tv), badkamer (met wasmachine) met toilet en nog een apart toilet. Ruime woonkamer en keuken met grote koelkast/vriezer/oven/vaatwasser/kookplaat/etc. Enorm hulpvaardige host Ana, die op elk moment bereikbaar was. Vanaf het appartement kan je zowel lopend, met de auto, taxi of bus snel en makkelijk naar het (oude) deel van de stad komen! Het strand kun je lopend in nog geen 10 minuten bereiken. In de buurt zijn ook restaurants en winkels te vinden, waar je lopend naartoe kan. Wij hebben hier eind april 5 nachten geslapen als gezin met 2 kinderen van 8 en 11 jaar en raden deze plek zeker aan!

Eigenlijk niks! Zelf zou ik het lekker vinden om 's morgens in de zon op het balkon een kop koffie te kunnen drinken, maar daar scheen helaas de zon (nog) niet. Wellicht was het te vroeg in het seizoen. Maar beneden bij het zwembad kon ik wel heerlijk in de zon zitten!

The beds are large and extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful stay. The apartment is thoughtfully equipped with everything a family could possibly need—from a fully functional kitchen with essentials like coffee capsules, oil, spices, and detergent, to modern conveniences such as fast Wi-Fi and a Smart TV. One of the highlights is the heated pool, which is an incredible bonus, especially for families with children. It provides comfort and relaxation regardless of the season. The entire apartment is furnished and decorated with excellent taste, combining modern style with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The private parking is another major advantage, offering a large dedicated space, including two parking spots equipped with chargers for electric vehicles—an exceptional feature that is rarely found. The outdoor areas, including the terrace, are perfect for relaxing, and the washing and drying facilities are practical and easy to use. The location is quiet, safe, and very pleasant, yet still conveniently close to beaches, restaurants, and shops. Everything feels well thought out, secure, and comfortable. Ana is truly a superhost,always available, incredibly helpful, and quick to respond to any request with a solution-oriented attitude. Her flexibility and dedication to guest satisfaction are second to none. A special mention also goes to the cleaning lady, who was extremely kind and helpful when we needed assistance, her friendliness made a real difference during our stay. Overall, this apartment sets a very high standard. Everything is new and of excellent quality, and it’s clear that great care has gone into every detail. I sincerely hope that future guests will appreciate and take care of the high-quality furnishings and amenities provided. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable, modern, and family-friendly stay.
