This unique & luxurious house boasts 4 bedrooms. The 1st Master bedroom has doors opening to the porch with a river view, king-size bed, Smart TV and en suite full bath with 2 sinks, a standalone tub and walk-in shower. The 2nd Master bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, en suite bathroom and river views. The 3rd and 4th bedrooms each with a queen-sized bed. A Jack and Jill full bathroom connects the 3rd and 4th bedrooms. Double sinks with a tub/shower combo. There are 2 twin over twin trundle beds in the living room that can be converted to 2 king beds. High quality linens are provided for all beds & bathrooms.

You will love the open kitchen/dining/living room with a panoramic river view & all the comforts of home. Fully equipped kitchen with an island, double ovens and gas range. The dining table seats 8. The laundry room is equipped with a full-size washer & dryer & a dog bathing station. Half bath right of the kitchen/living area!

Parking for 4 vehicles, no campers, RV's or trailers allowed. The host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation & must be staying at the property. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests & is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. No smoking. To comply with city & county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video cameras. This property includes accidental damage protection that covers up to $3000.
