With easy access to Highway One it will be easy to explore all that Carmel and the Central California Coast have to offer from golf and boutique shopping to the Monterey Bay Aquarium, forested hikes or daytrips to Big Sur and scenic drives through Pebble Beach®.

The sunny kitchen is fully-equipped so you can create your favorite meals at home and when you want to dine out, the nearby options are endless. The dining table comfortably seats 6 so you can gather to enjoy meals, chats and board games.

The bathroom on this level is accessed from both the hallway and directly from Bedroom #1. It has a shower-over-tub combination.
Downstairs near the living spaces:
Bedroom # 3, the 'Golf Room', has a queen bed and a TV.
The lower level full hall bathroom has a shower-over-tub combination.
Parking for one vehicle is available in the over-sized one-car garage (It is possible with skillful parking that you may be able to fit two small vehicles) and two more vehicles can fit in the driveway.
The washer and dryer are available for guest use and they are located in the garage.
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval, an additional pet fee and a signed pet addendum.
