The 86 m² living area includes an entrance hall, a fully equipped kitchen open to a dining room and a living room. This warm and welcoming space opens onto a vast 120 m² terrace. A glass roof offers a stunning view of the Canal des Baux-de-Provence and lets the natural light flood the room, making it both bright and convivial.
The Mas offers 5 bedrooms, including 4 in the main house (3 upstairs and 1 on the ground floor), and 1 bedroom in an independent guesthouse, all designed to offer comfort, privacy, and convenience:
• On the ground floor:
One en-suite bedroom with a 180x200 cm bed, a basin, a bathtub, and direct access to the outdoors.
A separate guest toilet.
• Upstairs:
One en-suite bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, an Italian-style shower, a basin, and a separate toilet in the hallway.
One bedroom with two single beds (can be joined to form a 160x200 cm double bed).
One bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and basin.
• Independent guesthouse:
One en-suite bedroom with a 140x200 cm bed, an Italian-style shower, a basin, and a toilet.
A laundry area is also available, along with a safe to store your personal belongings.
