About this villa rental
*Major renovations have been made on April 2017.
Specifically: Brand new kitchen, all 3 bathrooms have been completely renovated, brand new patio and balcony doors (4 total), brand new gas BBQ grill. Added washing machine and dish washer.
Two-floor villa for rent, fully equipped, on the sea shore, 10 meters from the beach with a view of the Holy Mountain.
First floor 55 sqm with kitchen and sitting room, convertible sofa-bed, one single bedroom, WC, spacious terrace with breathtaking views of the sea and mount Athos.
Second floor 55 sqm with internal wooden stairs, three double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub.
Balconies with beautiful views in 2 bedrooms, air-conditioning units in all rooms, living room and kitchen. Full kitchen with dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Sitting room with fire place, TV, DVD and CD player. Large veranda with tile floor and furniture.
There is a separate apartment on the ground floor of the villa (pictured on the last photographs), with 2 bedrooms, living room with full kitchen, full bathroom, AC, TVs. It is available to accommodate larger parties. It might also be used by different parties at our discretion.
The pricing per day for the ground floor apartment for 2017 is as follows:

The house can accommodate 6 to 8 people. It is located at the exit of the village towards the beaches of the island and has direct access to the shops and restaurants.
Small boat rentals are available on the island which can be used to explore the smaller islands surrounding Ammouliani. A guest favorite activity!
There is a doctor, a Health Center and a Pharmacy on the island. Most transportation is being done on foot, but access to some of the more distant beaches requires a car.

Lovely property, fantastic sea views and direct access to small beach. House on edge of town with many good restaurants only 5 mins walk away. House very clean and tidy. 5 of us stayed there and we all were very comfortable. Georgios looked after us very well, always helpful.

Villa Chara is a villa on the outskirts of the town with a very grand view. The town of Ammouliani is in close proximity. The beaches of Alykes and Agios Georgios are within walking distance. There is also a beach bus which you can call also by telephone.
The villa leaves nothing to be desired. We visited the villa with 7 people in June. The three newly renovated bathrooms are very nice. The great covered terrace with sea view was another highlight. There was nothing missing for us. Thanks to the wonderful landlord / manager we felt immediately at home.
