The staff were really helpful and the property had everything we needed and more

We couldn’t access the back garden to get some fresh air but there was a very nice park very close so it kind of made up for it

The bathrooms, there was enough for me and my family. The apartment weas really nicely decorated. It was very clean. Great hosts who responded to everything and very quickly😊

Wish they had more cooking pots. Maybe like two more. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. Unfortunately one of the benches for the dining table broke while my son was sitting to eat his breakfast.

We stayed to visit family and go to Anfield Stadium for the football. The location was great — around a 15–20 minute walk to the stadium depending on your walking speed, and the route was pretty straightforward. There were plenty of food options nearby with lots of fast food places delivering through Just Eat and Foodhub. Local shops were also really convenient, including Morrisons Daily, Aldi, M&S Food, and a few corner shops. The house itself was easy to check into, warm, and clean on arrival. Fresh bedding and towels were provided, and the showers were powerful which was a big plus. We also appreciated the little extras like toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, and conditioner — a really thoughtful touch. The double beds were comfortable with soft pillows, and parking was free and only a few steps away from the house which made things easy. The property definitely stands out with its bright colours and artwork, and the wall designs throughout are great. You can tell the place has a lot of character and potential.

There are a few areas that could be improved. The sofa was quite uncomfortable to sit on, and the single bed felt very springy and wasn’t the most comfortable. The TV was quite small and could probably do with updating — we couldn’t get Freeview working and had to log into our own Netflix account because some apps like BBC iPlayer weren’t compatible with the TV. The remote was also very slow and may just need new batteries. One thing to be aware of is the noise. The walls seem quite thin, so you can hear neighbours if they’re loud, and there was noticeable noise from upstairs with running around and banging. There were also quite a lot of sirens, although that’s understandable as the ambulance station is directly across the road.
