The location and quality of the apartment were outstanding and the concierge staff were extremely polite and helpful and always cheerful.
It would have been helpful to have been re- issued with directions and arrival details just before our stay but its minor point and had no impact on our stay

Palazzo Ottaviani is in a great location. Close to train station, restaurants & shopping. Super clean and has the most attentive, accommodating staff! Every one of needs were met with gracious hospitality! Luxurious accommodations especially for my family of 5 plus our dog. Our pup was pampered with a custom dog bed & food bowls! 5 Stars all the way!
