Casa perfetta, molto pulita e ospiti gentili e disponibili

Casa Morena è un appartamento molto ben arredato e sito in un contesto di una tranquillità disarmante...Silenzioso e rilassante! Stefano e sua moglie sono oste formidabili...Spero di poter avere la fortuna di soggiornare nuovamente da loro il prox anno per Via Vinaria di Montecarlo!

Wir waren sehr überrascht, als wir ankamen. Trotz Bilder hatten wir das so nicht erwartet - alles zur vollsten Zufriedenheit. Außerdem großes Grundstück und sehr nette Leute incl. Unterstützung bei Ausflügen; besonders bzgl. Florenz: Vermieteridee - nehmt den Zug, wir klären die Ticketbuchung! Auch die Kommunikation lief problemlos: englisch bzw. Kombination englisch/italienisch/deutsch und WhatsApp sowieso. Und so kam es auch öfters zu sehr persönlichen Gesprächen, auch mit den Nachbarn auf dem Grünstück, wie z.B. zu den Olivenbäumen, den Weinstöcken und zur Familie sowie Hobbies (Vermieter - beide musikalisch, spielen Klarinette, unsererseits Malen/Zeichnen; ich hatte dafür ein paar Kleinigkeiten im Gepäck). Fazit: Alles lief perfekt. Ein toller Aufenthalt/Urlaub und sehr persönlichen Kontakten. English: We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Despite having seen photos, we hadn't quite expected it to be like this—everything was to our complete satisfaction. Furthermore, the property is spacious, and the hosts are lovely people who even offered assistance with planning excursions—particularly regarding Florence. They had a great suggestion: "Take the train—we'll take care of booking the tickets!" Communication also went smoothly, conducted in English—or a mix of English, Italian, and German—and, of course, via WhatsApp. As a result, we often found ourselves engaging in very personal conversations—including with the neighbors on the property—discussing topics such as the olive trees, the grapevines, our families, and our hobbies (the hosts are both musical and play the clarinet, while my partner and I enjoy painting and drawing—something I had actually packed a few supplies for). In summary: Everything went perfectly. It was a wonderful stay and vacation, marked by truly personal connections.

Dazu gibt es nichts. Wenn es denn etwas gäbe, hat das nichts mit der Unterkunft sowie den Vermieter zu tun: Es ist schon etwas speziell - mit dem (Miet)Auto in Italien im Verkehr unterwegs zu sein, insbesondere was die Einhaltung der Geschwindigkeitsvorgaben auf den Schilder mit dem roten Rand und der Zahl, die auf dem weißen Feld darin steht. Und dann hat man so ein Gefährt, was jede auch noch so kleine Kleinigkeit anmeckert (was ja die anderen in ihren Autos weder hören noch sehen).... English: There is nothing to complain about. If there *were* anything to mention, it would have absolutely nothing to do with the accommodation or the landlord: Driving in Italian traffic—especially in a rental car—is certainly a unique experience; this applies particularly to adhering to the speed limits indicated on those signs featuring a red border and a number displayed within the white field inside. And then you find yourself behind the wheel of a vehicle that nitpicks every single little detail—things that other drivers in their cars neither hear nor see...

Appartamento ben curato, posizione ottima e bellissima visuale sul giardino. L’arredamento è moderno, la cucina è ben attrezzata, pulizia ottima. Stefano è stato molto gentile e disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente
