L'appart Cassis

la situation de l'appartement au centre ville, les commerces à deux pas. Je pense que ce logement a été refait récemment, tout semble neuf. L'équipement est au Top : le frigo serait digne d'un appartement plus grand ou d'une famille nombreuse. Il y a Tout : lave vaisselle, plaques électriques, four, et micro-ondes, fer et table à repasser, etc... serviettes de toilettes, draps, etc... il y a aussi deux grandes fenêtres.

Cela n'a rien à voir avec l'appartement lui même, mais je le dis quand même car il pourrait y avoir amélioration : les chaises, les tables, et les clients du bar dehors encombrent le passage pour accéder à la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble.

Appartement très bien situé, très fonctionnel, bien agencé, propre avec une décoration magnifique il faudrait être difficile pour ne pas aimer ce logement. Notre hôte était à l'écoute et très gentille. Nous reviendrons c'est sur ! Week-end très réussie merci!!

Rust en toch midden in centrum. Mooie inkom en traphal en duidelijke instructies om binnen te gaan. Gezellig ingericht. Honden welkom❤️

Voor de hond, de trappen. Voor ons niets. Al had het beter geweest toilet tussen slaapkamer en leefruimte te voorzien. Maar stond wel zo duidelijk beschreven.

It was clean, centrally located, easy to reach multiple beaches and main trails in two directions. I liked small kitchen with amenities allowing to cook, wash dishes. There was a TV and airco to chill at home if you want to stay.

We stayed at 01 studio for 1 week. I didn’t like loud music from bar downstairs until 23:40. It’s weird because bar actually closes but employees put loud music to finalize the day and cleanup, so if you want to fall asleep early it doesn’t work. Apartment is renewed but building itself old; thus you can hear every step of upstair neighbor and whenever you or neighbors use sink/shower/toilet you hear loud sound of water in the pipes. The worst was the attitude of the host on our request to clean at least once in 7 days with exchange of towels and trash, but because it’s not a ‘hotel’ you cannot have a cleaning service unless you pay extra 50 euros. We had no spare trash bags and guideline to throw trash in municipal bins somewhere in the centre were not really helpful. We had to walk 10 min to parking lot to throw our garbage.
