L’appartamento è molto accogliente oltre ad avere la vista su Medulino.
Come in tutti gli appartamenti le condizioni dei mobili, delle persiane o del bagno non sono ottimali.

Tágas volt, saját parkolóval a város szélén, minden elérhető rövid sétával vagy autóval. Kifejezetten jó volt az olasz étterem a sarkon!
Takarítva csak ott volt, ami látszott. Koszosak voltak a poharak és az evőeszközök. Wifi használhatatlan volt. Ha mentek a klímák akkor a mikrót vagy a főzőlapot (nem egyszerre a kettőt!) már nem lehetett használni, mert lecsapta a biztosítékot. Ugyanez a helyzet a bojlerrel, vagy klíma ment vagy melegvízben fürdés. Kicsi a hűtő, ami ráadásul alig hűtött!
