Cottage is lovely. Very well presented and beautifully clean. Very nice treats left in picnic basket and fridge. Had a power cut and host arrived with candles- much appreciated.

Good location for a short walk into Framlingham and the pubs! Cottage very comfortable, everything you needed and attention to detail for a very homely stay. Great garden for our dog and thank you for the treats!

It is a self catering property but there was a lovely welcome hamper provided with bread and snacks,also there were eggs,butter,milk and juice in the fridge.
It was within walking distance of the lovely little village of Framingham which has a good supply of shops,cafes,pubs and restaurants.The Castle is also within walking distance of Bay Tree Cottage.
Communication with the hosts was excellent.
There was nothing which we didn’t like.
