Check in e check out 24 horas, o apartamento é grande, bem localizado, e com todas as funcionalidades disponíveis. A cama é confortável, perfeita para famílias tanto pela estrutura, quanto pela localização. Tem um parquinho ao fundo do imóvel.
Achei o local de pegar as chaves bem complicado, ainda mais a noite e cansada. Também acho que no check out a chave poderia ser deixada no apartamento, já que eles precisam ir limpar, mas fora isso é tudo ótimo.

Everything was perfect in this apartment. If I had to say something it would be adding a shelf in the shower for shampoos.

The property is clear new, and well suited to our needs - really close to the Train Station, so easy to get S-Train into centre of the City to explore. The beds were extremely comfy (still find two single duvets on a double bed weird). Access to the flat was really easy, and the flat is well equipped - big fridge/freezer, plenty of glasses, crockery, etc.
On our first night we had Pizza from K2 Italian Pizzeria, would recommedn this
On the first morning we noticed that the bedroom window was taped shut and the wind was blowing in. The management team where aware of this ... but has done nothing to rectify prior to our visit or alert us. Once I reached out to the team they did resolve the issue ... but it shouldn't have been an issue in the first place.
It wwould have been nice if there was more or a welcome pack - instructions on how to work the heating, ventilation, local places to eat, where recylcing can be taken.
The management team need to review where the lockbox is ... in the middle of a bike rack not ideal, particulary when the bike rack is rammed full of bikes.
