The apartment itself is nice, clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent — very convenient. The 24-hour reception is a big plus: the staff were always helpful and assisted us whenever we had questions.
The Wi-Fi did not work during the entire stay. I contacted several times about this issue, but it was never resolved. Also, on one of the days, the electricity was cut off only in our apartment. At the reception we were told it was due to unpaid electricity. The problem was fixed after contacting customer support, but we spent about half a day without electricity. The lack of internet seriously affected the overall experience — luckily, this was not a work trip, otherwise it would have been a real problem.
