Apartment located in a nice quite area. Clean,spacious and bright accomodation, with good internet. I recommend both short or long term stays.

Clean and aforadable price.
Stayed 4 nights and there were no carpets when you come out from the shower. the bedroom floor can be wet unless you use your own towl as a temporary carpet. They cannot expect the guest to bring own floor towls for the bathroom :)
And also the water draining is poor in the shower area due to improper construction/floor leveling. When we checked in, the shower area floor had little amount of water since the lowest place in the floor is not the drain hole.
impolite/strange rules in the written guest book in booking.com :) you see them only after you make the booking. probably people will not book this apartment if they see these rules before make the booking :) since there are huge penalties :)
Suggestions:
1. it would be nice if you have mentioned where to put garbage/wastes(but i found a place since i was living in Randers few years back :) )
2. Please put a floor towel for the bathroom.
Other than that all good!

Alles sehr sauber wohnung war geräumig alles vorhanden was man brauch ruhige lage
Das einzige kleine war der ofen bei benutzung flog die dicherung immer wieder raus
