Island Views 2 Br cottage Adventure Bay

The location was very accessible to the rest of the island even though it’s off adventure bay central. Great autumn views from the kitchen and living area. Lots of pots, pans and crockery. Very clean and neat except for some cobwebs and insects on arrival. The hosts were very responsive and assisted quickly when issues surfaced. Comfortable beds and pillows!

Could have some indicator light to better show location of cottage. Power tripped during our stay but circuit box was outside the house, so we had to run out as there were mosquitoes flying in once we opened the door. Room heater not strong enough for single degree nights.

Honestly, everything — there was nothing about this property that I didn’t like. The house was modern, clean, and everything looked brand new. Spacious refrigerator and a well-equipped kitchen with great cooking amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable — I even got a sleep score of 99/100 during my stay! The property was spacious with excellent airflow throughout the house. We stayed in April, and the temperature was comfortable enough without air-conditioning or fans. However, it may get warm during summer for some guests. Each bedroom had it's own ensuite bathroom, which made the stay very convenient. Parking was located directly outside the house, making loading and unloading very easy. Convenient location, with most attractions within a 5-minute drive. The overall stay was so comfortable that I genuinely wished I could have extended for another night.

Not a deal breaker for me, but the stairs may be challenging for elderly guests. My parents-in-law are in their late 70s, though the stairs were wide, broad, and there were only a few steps, so it was still manageable. A larger bed, such as a king-sized bed, would have made the stay even more perfect. The property was slightly tricky to find initially, and some road noise from passing cars could be heard.
