The placement of the apartment!

The beds was little bit hard :(

We had a very good stay at these apartments and overall we are satisfied with our experience. The apartment is spacious and perfectly suitable for a large group. We were 8 people, and everyone felt comfortable. There is plenty of room, and the layout allows a group to stay together without feeling crowded. The location is excellent — situated in a great area with many cafés and restaurants nearby. Several major attractions are within walking distance, including the Invalides, the Eiffel Tower, and the Arc de Triomphe. The neighborhood itself is very pleasant and convenient.

That said, there are a few downsides. The apartment clearly had a beautiful renovation some time ago, but it seems that maintenance is not being kept up properly. There were several technical issues: an additional folding bed was damaged and unstable, some structures were roughly reinforced with plywood, a few floor lamps were not working, and the dishwasher door was broken. These issues did not ruin our stay, but they are noticeable and should be addressed. I would also like to mention the security deposit, as this is not clearly discussed in other reviews. Before arrival, we were asked to provide a deposit through a third-party website. Since Booking’s policy advises caution with external payment links, this initially felt suspicious. I contacted customer support, and they confirmed that the company managing the apartment is a reliable partner. In the end, the deposit was returned without any issues, but the process did cause some stress and could be handled more transparently.

Everything is very comfortable and deserve the money

The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and in a great location, so we enjoyed the accommodation overall.

Unfortunately, the experience was affected by poor communication from the rental agency. We did not receive check-in information until almost 6 pm, which made arrival stressful. The WiFi was not working during our stay, which meant the televisions also did not work, and it was unclear who to contact to resolve the issue. On the morning of our departure, the cleaning crew arrived early and left their supplies inside the apartment before we had checked out, which felt inappropriate.
