It was a lot cheaper than staying in other places, that is why I booked. The room is spacious, and the host is fairly quick in responding (but you need a translation app if you don't speak Italian). I used the private parking spot which I would very much recommend using (even though it's not easy), because as everywhere around Como, there is not much parking available. Bathroom was basic but had everything needed. Everything was nice and clean.

No air-conditioning available, just a fan, which makes the room very hot, especially because it is an attic room (as mentioned, so no surprises there). The bed was not very comfortable, it was a sleeping sofa and it had a hard part right where your upper back would be. There is so much noise from outside from the road, and the room doesn't get fully dark. I was glad I brought my sleeping mask and earplugs, because it would have been sleepless nights otherwise. I did not hear a lot of other guests though, so I guess the noise problem I read about in another review depends on the room you're sleeping in (mine was on the upper floor, room 4). I was alone, so I could sleep, but if I would have had to share the small bed with another person, it would have been worse because of the heat. There was one bathroom for all of the rooms (4 rooms in total, the 5th was an apartment so I guess they had their own bathroom), and one additional toilet room. But that toilet room did not have a sink, so if the bathroom was occupied, there was no way to wash your hands. For the price: this literally was the cheapest that I could find, so in that aspect, I think it was a good stay. But with temperatures outside rising to 34° and inside even more, I think I will find a place with airconditioning instead. Btw, in the other review I read, it states that is a 40min drive from Como, but that is an overreaction. By car, it is a 15-20min drive (the Italians probably only need 10min xD). The road indeed is narrow and a bit of a hard drive, but the view driving up is insane :-) I didn't mind the drive, knowing I paid so much less than for a stay down at the lake.
