About this house rental
Ideally located 50 meters from the “P'TIT NICE” beach (sheltered, fine white sand, south-facing), close to the nautical center where you can practice sailing and all water sports, this villa, near the GR34, is equipped with free private parking for several vehicles.
It's ideal for one or more families for a quiet family vacation.
It has 5 bedrooms, including one on the first floor, and 2 large bay windows in the living room (lounge, living room, kitchen) give direct access to a 39 m2 terrace.
Chair, cot, booster seat and children's bath provided.
2 separate toilets.
Unlimited internet access.
Ping-pong table (inside),
Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
Crêperie, café, mini-market and restaurant nearby.
Cleaning charge: 130 euros payable on arrival.
Deposit: 1000 euros payable on arrival, refundable if no damage found on departure.
A charging station for electric cars is located in the village.
Charging at the rental is not permitted.
